Matt Cassalia is a 2007 graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management Information Systems and a minor in Philosophy, was a two-year starter at midfield for the Dolphins.

A captain his senior year, Cassalia led the Dolphins to back-to-back Division II National Championships and was named a First Team All-American each of his two years with the program. After spending two years at Loyola College (2004 & 2005), Cassalia joined the Dolphins for the 2006 season, when he went on to be named the Lt. Donald McLaughlin Jr. Award recipient as the Division II Midfielder of the Year. Cassalia, who scored twice in the 12-5 win over Dowling in the 2006 championship game, scored 29 goals (4th on the team) and dished out five assists for 34 points (5th on the team) as a junior, while also winning 64.3% of his face-off attempts. En route to the Dolphins winning the 2007 National Championship, Cassalia registered 25 points on 19 goals and six assists, including one goal in the 6-5 title game win over Mercyhurst. Cassalia, who played for the San Francisco Dragons during the 2008 Major League Lacrosse season, was a 2003 graduate of high school lacrosse powerhouse West Genesee, where he was a three-year letterwinner and won two New York State Championships. A High School All-American as a junior and senior, Cassalia won a silver medal in 2001 and a bronze medal in 2002 playing for the Central Region in the Empire State Games.

BOX LACROSSE COACH JOHNNY MOURADIAN

President American Indoor Lacrosse Association and GM/Head Coach Philadelphia Wings.

In 2014, Johnny was named the Head Coach of the inaugural Bryn Athyn DIII College Men’s Lacrosse Program posting an 8 - 5 season. Bryn Athyn finished with an incredible 44.9 shooting percentage, the top in NCAA DI, DII and DIII lacrosse.  Currently in his second season as Associate Head Coach Bryn Athyn finished with a 9 - 4 record, fourth place in the NEAC and first playoff appearance. The team has a 40.3 shooting percentage number one in DIII and Man up is 41.3 percent. 

In various roles as an executive, GM and shareholder, Johnny won nine Professional World Indoor Championships; Buffalo Bandits in 1992, 1993 and 1996; Toronto Rock in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2005 and Washington Stealth 2010. As General Manager, he holds the record with five NLL Championships and was General Manager of the Buffalo Bandits with the NLL record 22 game winning streak.

Starting in 2004, Johnny spent six seasons with the San Jose Stealth, holding positions as Head
Coach/GM, Managing Director/GM, and President/GM. In 2009 he was President/GM of the
Washington Stealth, and finished in 2010 as an Advisor to the team. In 2011 Johnny was the GM of the Philadelphia Wings, Head Coach (2012-2013), and completed his fourth season as GM in 2014.

Johnny was GM of the Canadian National Indoor Lacrosse team that won the inaugural World Indoor Championship in 2003. More recently, he was the GM of both the Canadian National Field and Indoor teams in the last World Championships in 2010 and 2011.

Johnny is a member of the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame (2001) as a player on the 1978 national team that won the World Championships in England, Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame (1998), Ithaca College Sports Hall of Fame (2000), Lakeport High School Hall of Fame (2003), National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame, St. Catharines, Ontario Sports Hall of Fame (2008) and Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame (2009) in the Field Player category.  

In 2010 Johnny created the American Indoor Lacrosse Association that provides programs and services that educate, share and develop indoor lacrosse in the United States and globally.
